NMN consumption information

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)

Beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide is an intermediate product of the biosynthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide or NAD+ for short.

According to German and European law, NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a chemical that is not suitable for human consumption. It is therefore only used for studies, research purposes and laboratory tests in the life science sector.

Best time to take NMN

The best time to take NMN is in the morning. Since NMN is a high instant energy source, we believe that taking it in the morning is beneficial for completing routine tasks.

  •

  • 30-40 years old 200-400 mg/day

  • 40-50 years old 400-600 mg/day

  • 50-60 years old 600-800 mg/day

  • Over 60 years old 800-1200 mg/day

Resveratrol
Directions for use

Resveratrol

As a food supplement, resveratrol can be used preventively or therapeutically. It is said to have a particularly good effect on the cardiovascular system, e.g.

  • lower blood pressure

  • thinning the blood and

  • regulate the cholesterol level.

Resveratrol is also recommended for its anti-inflammatory properties in chronic inflammatory diseases of all kinds.

Resveratrol is taken in the morning and on an empty stomach. The addition of piperine improves absorption.

What to expect from resveratrol supplementation:

  • For osteoarthritis, 500 mg of resveratrol daily may help, possibly combined with 300 mg of silymarin.

  • In PCOS, 1500 mg of resveratrol daily can have a positive influence on hormone balance.

  • For high blood pressure, more than 150 mg of resveratrol should be taken daily.

  • To increase bone density, take 1000 mg of resveratrol daily.

  • To prevent Alzheimer's disease, take 500 mg of resveratrol daily. This dose can be increased to 2000 mg over time.

  • Apparently, 150 mg of resveratrol per day is sufficient to achieve life-prolonging metabolic changes.

  • To reduce the risk of cancer, the best results were observed with 2500 mg of resveratrol per day.

  • To reduce liver fat levels in type 2 diabetes, between 150 and 1000 mg per day can be taken. The higher dose can also improve insulin sensitivity.

  • The ideal and also safe dose of resveratrol from supplements is considered to be 500 to 1500 mg daily.

TMG Consumption tips

TMG (trimethylglycine)

The molecule betaine (TMG) belongs to the group of methyl group donors and osmolytes. By donating methyl residues, it forms a crucial role in vital methylation processes of the human body. Scientific results showed a protective effect on health through its protective effect against metabolic diseases. In addition, betaine supplementation promotes cellular protein synthesis and supports muscle growth.

Impact on longevity:

Betaine is considered both a longevity molecule and a performance-enhancing substance. It mainly acts against homocysteine. Permanently elevated homocysteine levels can lead to diabetes mellitus, Alzheimer's disease and other cardiovascular diseases. As a methyl group donor, betaine helps to lower the elevated homocysteine level in the human body. In addition, betaine acts as an osmolyte and regulates cell volume. It protects the cells by maintaining and stabilising the water and energy balance as well as the metabolic function.

Betaine (TMG) influences the ageing process in different ways. Studies have shown that betaine is associated with an increase in healthspan and even lifespan. This is manifested through its positive effects on the epigenome, inflammaging and proteostasis, which are among the hallmarks of ageing.

Consumption:

We recommend a daily intake of 2400 mg of betaine (TMG). Take separately from meals with a glass of water. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Spermidine
Directions for use

Spermidine

Think of autophagy as our body's internal "mechanic" - it repairs and renews. Spermidine supports this process and helps remove damaged cells and proteins, which is essential for cellular health.

Spermidine is a biogenic amine and is considered a potentially useful micronutrient in longevity research. Our bodies can produce spermidine in certain amounts, but this amount is often insufficient, so we rely on foods such as whole grains, soybeans, legumes, mushrooms and aged cheeses to meet our needs. Spermidine helps stimulate autophagy, a cellular "recycling" mechanism in which cells break down and recycle their own components. This process plays a key role in cell health and can be affected by factors such as ageing. A lack of autophagy can lead to metabolic disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.

The effect of spermidine is similar to that of fasting, as both stimulate the autophagy process. The molecule spermidine is thought to trick the body into thinking it is in a fasting state, thus providing the benefits of fasting, particularly increased autophagy, without actual food deprivation. It thus represents a potential means of health promotion and maintenance.

Consumption:

For best results, take one capsule (6 mg) daily with a glass of water. This will ensure a constant level of spermidine in your system.

Directions: 1 capsule in the morning OR at midday. Please do not exceed the recommended dose and combine with a balanced diet. (R, R)
